We want you to be excited, not anxious, about your application. Our application process is rigorous and thorough to ensure we select candidates who display the right characterises for a career in either Cyber Security or App Development.

Step 1: Applying at the IACD
Applying for a position at the IACD is a big deal but it’s not as intimidating as you might think. Before being invited to our interview process, applicants will be required to complete an online application form. Only short listed candidates will be invited to the next stage of the application process
Step 2: Experience Interview
We like to hear about your life experiences—accomplishments and challenges alike—to discover skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging career. Be prepared to discuss some important experiences in a detailed way, focusing on your specific experiences and describing the key actions that were critical to success.
Step 3*: Cyber Problem Solving Game
‘Think like a Hacker’…..We created the Cyber Challenge Game, set in an abstracted, natural environment to help you demonstrate problem-solving skills in a more interesting way than a traditional question-and-answer format. No prior Cyber or gaming knowledge is needed.
